A gorgeous, peaceful, remote setting and lovely historic church. Just imagine the people who have passed through its doors over the last 700+ years!

Great church with their very own residents sheep which is very friendly and will walk up to you as it did with me we went in. And is the highest church in England as featured in the doomes day book.

There was a Robin stuck inside the church, we lured him out with some bird seed, my girlfriend keeps in the boot of the car, and we were able to set him free! Church looked well looked after and it had a somewhat unusual design!

As it claims, it is remote. Small and compact. Well worth looking in, and reading about its history. When entering make sure you close the churchyard gate as there may be a sheep mowing the grass.

A village Church of great simplicity, yet beauty.
