        Claire has been fabulous. She has worked with my Mum putting together a detailed and personalized program of exercises. This has enabled my Mother to feel, post-Covid, a growing sense that her mobility is improving. She enjoys all Claires sessions.

        After lots of lifting, I ended up with tendinitis in my forearm. Claire used a range of techniques, including acupuncture to treat the area. Within 24 hours my arm was back to full functioning and have not had a problem since!!! Claire was very accommodating with appointments and venue. She was very professional, reassuring and has a wealth of knowledge about a huge range of ailments, injuries and respective treatment options!!! Would highly recommend!!!
