We have been using Apograph for about 4 years now and cant thank them enough for keeping our small business going. Alex and his team are so friendly, easy to talk to, and very professional when dealing with your IT crisis!! Alex always brings donuts when he visits, that might be a secret Im not sure, is that a secret?? :-) Keep up the good work guys.

Apograph originally helped us when we were hacked and our previous IT company were unable to deal with the problem, which had stalled the business. Apograph came in really quickly, got us back up and running and tightened things up to help avoid it happening again. As a result we reviewed and moved our IT over to them and couldn't be happier. I consider Apograph to be crucial in enabling us to do the work we do, without any delays or downtime and I sleep sounder knowing our IT is sorted.

With 4 of us working from home, all of a sudden having a higher grade of internet stability was VERY important! It's hard to find consultants who are willing to install enterprise grade technology into a home setting, not least because the cost is often prohibitive. So speaking to the team at Apograph, I was delighted with their willingness to hear my brief, do an initial visit to make recommendations and then bring it in at a reasonable cost. Gareth came out to us and did a fantastic job, up and down, in and out of the various rooms/spaces we wanted and needed a boost to the wifi. He was very knowledgable and happy to share and we were definitely educated through the process. The place was left spotless and the speeds were always good and often outstanding! A couple of teething problems prompted a further visit and remote fiddling in the background to stabilise things. I can't tell you how much comfort it gives me knowing Gareth and the team are there to help out with the dark art of internet management! Thanks so much, you've really made a difference!
