Loxwood Burners

Really pleased with the installation of our new log burner and very impressed with the professionalism and finish of the fitting. Its been a very easy and pleasant experience dealing with Loxwood burners.

AVOID!!!! Id give 0 stars if it was possible, awful experience - very rude shop manager (Maxi) initially lied about the installation date and was really nice until a deposit was paid - then set the installation date for 2 months later tje initial date to then cancel the day before due to lack of staff and rescheduled for another 2 months later and offered a refund if you try to say anything - disgracefully unprofessional, should never be working as a customer facing. I recommend not to use them and I recommend to James (business owner) to employ someone else with customer facing and organisational skills. Most likely they over book themselves to ensure cash flow coming in and then ditch some of the bookings when they dont need it anymore. Awful business

Had a burner supplied and installed by them. First class service, very nice people to deal with.

Went to view with idea of buying a stove. They said they were too busy to open and try Bradley Stoves or come back another day.
