        Whilst pregnant throughout the pandemic I've felt 100% supported by the medical practice. The reception team are polite, friendly and always go out of their way to help. I've found the doctors to be compassionate and attentive. I have not struggled to get in contact with the surgery despite how busy and likely overworked they have been throughout the last year. I cannot praise this medical practice enough. Thank you.

        You are great but (you know who) let's you down she can't manage her workload and if I'm honest probably needs to retire hence the 2 star reduction she hangs up when I've been waiting ages and then half the time I don't think she understands what is going on. Edit: I was sent a letter asking me to not be so personal so I have removed the name...... Also when I asked why they weren't answering the phone I got "I'm on my own" why would you leave someone who can't cope on their own?
