I would give them a zero star, very unprofessionals, it was my sisters wedding and we got aaisha caters to do catering on food testing food was on point,however on the day of my sisters wedding it was like we were living in an nightmare. Irfan who is director and deals with everything promised us everything will be just like the food tasting but on the day they let us down BIG time, firstly irfan didnt arrive to the event until very late which ment that the setting up wasnt completed by the time guests arrived, the lady in charge of waiters kept calling irfan and he kept saying hes coming in 5 mins which he didnt until an hour and half later, then when the starters went out food was short we paid for 350 guests and by the time it went to the ladies side which was a max of 180 ladies starters was finished same with mains too,me and my family didnt eat anything on my sisters wedding as nothing was left. they didnt have enough serving spoons which me myself had to go and wash in the kitchen and hand them to waiters to give out as waiters were good for nothing they didnt know what to do. all my family had to go in kitchen to give a hand, drinks were finished, said they will provide paans, tea and only a max of 50 tea and paans went out, our guests were calling waiters asking for top ups they waiters said okay and didnt go back to the guests, the worse part was which I will never forgive aaisha catering for was our guest came to us and said they was a thread and plaster with blood which came out from the food. I felt so embarrassed and humiliated when I told irfan he called the staff to ask them and the chefs said they didnt know how the plaster went in the food and it wasnt their plaster ( which of course they will deny) Pleaseeee do not choose aaisha catering for your event because your big day will turn out like a nightmare.

I have found Aaisha Caterers Ltd extremely unreliable and unprofessional. They were contracted to provide us food for a birthday party. Mr Irfan Ali Yousaf the Director of Aaisha Caterers Ltd again confirmed with us 2 days before the event that he would be providing food as agreed for the date and time, but on the day of the event, only 2 hours before Mr Irfan sent us a text - not even having the courtesy or courage to give us a call- to inform us that he would not be bringing us the food which put us in a very difficult position as we had to rush to make alternative arrangements. To top it off he had made himself unavailable over the phone with all calls going to voicemails. Mr Irfan had said in his text that he would be refunding the deposit we had paid, but to date this has not happened.

If there was an option to give ZERO stars I would GUYS don't ever book Aaisha caterers they are thieves they take your money don't provide service! My sister wedding was this week they arrived late at the venue our family was running around stressing arranging tables and plates set for our guest to arrive at 6pm they promised to serve canaps at 18:00 I moaned and screamed at 7pm they sent out canaps but promised to serves burgers they ended up serving the inner filling of the no burgers cause IRFAN forgot to get the burgers Comes to 8.15pm no starters went out after screaming at them again they sent out the starters the portions were so small at a table there were 10 people seated they only sending out 5 roast chickens pieces they ready starters only enough for 5 people to eat half of our guest didn't have starters they ran out of chicken at this point you can imagine how stressful and frustrating this was me and my brothers sisters and friends had to jump in the kitchen to serve our guest cause they were so slow and nothing was getting done they ran out of chutneys they only had 1 coke per table nothing to refill we was lucky enough we had a van with our drinks in the van we had to go and get our drinks out of the van to serve our guest. At this moment I cried so much in the kitchen I forgot it was my sisters special day cause of Aaisha cateres. Than serving the mains they had no plates to serve mains in our guest had to eat in the same plate they had their starters in. At this point I was boiling with emotions same time us family was in the kitchen serving mains we had made they trays ready for waiters to take out and serve the guest and guys guess what there was not enough mains to serve we had paid for 350 guest and they only cooked enough for around 190 people I swear down half of our guest including us left hungry this left us so humiliated people were saying to us what have you guys done every other function of yours was so good perfectly well done and the main wedding function was a disaster please guys AVOID them I had a awful experience with them IRFAN was a nightmare he messed up my sisters wedding and left us in tears and a worse day which we will never forget. Trust me you guys will regret booking with them. This is a genuine review
