Great experience at this shop, we were looking for a small amount of carpet for a store room but something that was also high quality. The staff showed us various options they had and we were able to buy there and then. Friendly staff, and great prices and now the store room looks cosy. My elderly mum and dad needed flooring laid in their conservatory and we were recommended MK Carpets by a friend. From my first phone call with Eesa I knew we were in capable and trustworthy hands. Eesa recommended Amtico Spacia flooring and also a primer treatment to prevent damp that we had been having a problem with. Eesa and his team went above and beyond to help us move our industrial sewing machine, fridge and freezer to get the floor laid at no extra cost. We wouldn't have been able to move these heavy items by ourselves. My mum and dad are very pleased with their new flooring, and I want to thank Eesa and Darren for their hard work.

Amazing service from start to finish. The carpet was fitted as promised and within the time frame given. Both the staff instore and carpet fitters were very professional and helpful. I have already recommended to friends and family.
