Regents is a sewers paradise. Everything you could need is available. Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. My Janome needed some attention and a service. It was carried out efficiently and effectively. Everything was explained to me on collection. I would definitely recommend this business to all sewers. March 2023.

Great service from this gem of a shop. I bought my Husqvarna machine almost 40 years ago from one of their now closed branches. It had started smoking from the back the last time I used it. They managed to repair and service it within a week and it is now as good as new. They have hundreds of machines in the shop plus just about every sewing accessory you could ever need. Id definitely recommend this shop.

Recently visited the shop to get my machine checked. The expert told me the bobbin holder was damaged and needed repairing. I was quoted 69. Same price as a service. I got the machine back yesterday and the problem is still there. What did was I charged for then?? A new bobbin holder costs just 10. Please avoid!

Regent has a great range of sewing machines. John was very helpful, polite and friendly. He showed us how the machine we chose worked; this gave us the confidence in using the machine when we arrived home.

What a fabulous shop Regent is. Their customer service is excellent. They mended my cranky old 1903 Singer and spruced it up for me and now it sews like a dream. Fantastic staff - all so friendly and helpful and the shop is so well stocked. I will be popping back to Ilford with a sewing shopping list again soon. Thank you all at Regent.
