On the app they reject my query and state request general advice when I have. Such a silly reason to not deal with my matter. Overall poor service from receptionist but doctors are good.

They never pick up phone. What's the point of having a number

Edit 2023; Schanow is a shining light. And continues to help over and beyond. A true example to follow. Thank you to Schanow who firstly helped with my request to speak to management. Also she helped me with a form and lastly she returned my wallet which fell out of my pocket and handed in by someone else. She was kind and humble.

I would give this place zero stars if it was an option. One of the receptionists called Shnow Fatta, after asking 4 times for an appointment, she seemed hell-bent on not giving me an appointment just because I had spoken to an on-call doctor a day before, who told me to make a face-to-face appointment. She then said my daughter only has eczema and she wont die from it and that I dont need an appointment. I called her a #***# and all the other staff came to her defence straight away. No one cared about what this lady had just said. The surgery sent out a letter to me on the same day warning me about how they wont tolerate any form of abuse but they are happy to accept their staff talking, treating and looking down at patients like that. The level of injustice is unbelievable!
