The receptionist Snow fatther, is very kind and respectful. If you call in ask to speak to snow she speaks to people kindly and is never rude to anyone. She always helps and tries her best to make sure you get a good service, I cant speak for the rest of the receptionists but SNOW is one of the best at this GP. I would also like the managers to thank snow for her service, as they need more people like her to work at the practise, she is a gem!

I was really tired but the lady Nurgis was very energetic and healthy person, she listen and replied with smiling face. Her attitude was very professional and she tried their best to help me.
