DO NOT BOOKING WITH THESE CHARLATONS! Made a booking with them for the 2023 easter weekend as we were attending a 4 day event in London. Booked it early to assure we could attend, and it the time I made the booking they carried out a card check, they actually ended up doing this 3 times over the period i had the booking, the first taking 76.50 just after i booked (I had chosen the book now, pay on the day, so i was surprised at this) 2 months before the event they did the same again, all cleared. 2 weeks after that they said my card was invalid, with insurficent funds (It wasn't), and had 23 hours to sort it, so I put my credit card information in (plenty of available credit), they rejected it say invalid car (it wasn't), so i checked the details and they were correct. The next day THEY cancelled the booking!! Leaving me without a hotel for the event, as everywhere was booked up. I'm sure they realised there was an event on after taking the booking, and wanted to resell it at twice the price. PLEASE LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT HOTEL, as these are untrustworthy, and WILL leave you in a bed situtation. They don't answer messages when you ask them either!! Fraudsters and charlatons!!

Friendly staff and lovely rooms. Sad that the location is where it is cuz as a group of girls travelling together we dont feel safe walking home from the nightclubs alone But yeah, its not the hotels fault. PremierLux is amazing and its nearby a station

Room cleanliness was one of the main issues. The carpets were stained and a bit sticky. Although serviced daily, bed sheets and covers were never changed during our 4 night stay. However, clean towels were provided daily along with toiletries. Nearby activities: Located fairly in the middle point of Illford lane. Lots of actions happening around with multi cuisine restaurant options.

J'avais rserv un chambre avec une salle de bain privative, on s'est retrouv avec une salle de bain commune qui n'avait pas de lumire, plafond moisi, tat de la salle de bain pitoyable, aucun mnage n'a t fait de plus la chambre pas propre, moquete collante, un froid glacial, chauffage non fonctionnel, cuisine dgotante, avec la poubelle qui dbordait de dchets... Nous n'avons pas pu rester dans ce logement tellement c'tait sale. FUYEZ!!!!!!!!!!! J'ai des photos l'appui si besoin.
