I'm very very disappointed with the service here. I got my skirt shortened and I wasn't happy with how they finished it as they just cut the material by scissors and saw the edge twice. The manager said it's 13 initial then when I took my skirt, he said 20. I managed to discount it to 15. He promised that the quality is good that's why the best he could do is 15. When I picked it up, I wasn't happy and he said he can bring it back if I'm not happy.
The edge of materials is coming off so I took it back and asked to fold and saw one more time.
The manager denied that it's fine and not coming off. I repeated a number of times that it will come off as I only washed it once and it already starting to come off. I told him he assured that I can bring back if I'm not happy. I kept saying it's fine as it's a good job until I got very mad at him as he wasn't not listening to me at all. It wasn't going anywhere. He didn't keep his promise and I trusted his promise.
My friend's silk shirts has been also ruined by this cleaner as well.
