Unbelievable of work with PTSD just to get a Appointment was a chore Then to get a continuation on my sick note Been 2weeks and 1 online form which they say they never received 2 e consultations And no contact from them. Every time I phone its always excuses after spending almost hour on phone Yesterday phoned and said oh weve only received 1 e consultation I have proof they were both sent and received blamed me for not requesting how long of a period of sick or I require ( I always thought thats the Drs decision) anyway after 30minutes wait on phone receptionist hung up tried 2 more times would not answer my call Gonna be stressing till its not sorted Time to call nhs England let them deal with it uneceptable all the way Once this is over time to find a new gp

Excellent service. The surgery booked for me an appointment to have a general health check without me asking for it, just because I had recently changed surgery. The place was clean, few people in the waiting area, quick attention.

Absolutely terrible surgery with poor customer service skills. The receptionist was speaking to me like I am animal when asked her a question.told her name was evelina.

Absolutely disgusting clinic! Deteriorated within the last year. Horrible receptionist & doctors that dont stick to appointment schedules. This is what we are paying our taxes for.
