I ordered waffles for delivery via uber yesterday; precisely 2 waffles ferrero rocher and a strawberry one. When we started eating we could feel small sharp pieces on the strawberry waffle. When my family members and I took the sharp pieces out of our mouths similar to the way you would take out a bone on meat....we saw clear fragments of plastic pieces on our tissues as I have attached pictures. One of my family members is sure she swallowed a piece as well. So today I went to the crave cafe to complain and I actually took the plastic pieces in a tissue with me in case they did not believe the photos alone. Upon arriving I realised that Crave cafe is part of Franzos. When I complained to a staff member, he listened and at the end offered me a free scoop of ice cream next time! No thanks...I will not be ordering from them ever again and wouldn't recommend that anybody should go there. They gave no explanation as to how the plastic was in the food and did not seem like they realised the seriousness of their mistake. Unbelievable. I have attached some pictures for you to see. I would not recommend them to anyone. You are better off going elsewhere!

Dessert was ok - However I hope you see this, when someone orders a cookie Dough or a dessert it would help if you provided cutlery

I wouldnt recommend to try this place very awful desserts
