Bought Ramadan sequin balloons, this has happened twice before with birthday too. The letters are missing. Dont sell if theres any missing items. Ridiculous

Opening Time mentioned 9:30am. I was there today 9:30am, waited for another 5-8 min to see if they open. But shutters were all down and it was closed. Why not update the right timings? Disappointed! First and last time there.

Horrible customer service and dealing with customers. The owners recommended a product which did not meet our requirements. When we came to return or exchange it, they didn't just refuse, they were blatently rude and said "don't blame it on us if it doesn't work." They were incredibly disrespectful. We're never shopping here again.

I have always been treated well in this shop and they stock a good variety of goods. However, todayI am returning a key fob which operates a barrier at work as it does not work. I had returned back to the shop once already but was informed the person who does this is not there and to return on Sunday. I paid 25. So lets see what happens. I will update this post with the outcome if possible. I had to return a second time after the person tried again to ensure the key fob works (but it still did not). I was given a refund straight away and treated courteously. Thank you Chopra Bros
