Great selection of clothes however the quality isnt great for the high prices. Came home with an outfit and the beads had fallen out in the packet already.

Did shopping last year August. The customer assistants were very rude, as if they don't care if the shoppers make a purchase from there or not. No warmth or not welcoming at all.

Unprofessional, employees are scammers. Paid for a sixty pound top twice when I had only chosen one, so a total of one hundred and twenty pounds. When I was paying for the one item the staff claimed it didnt go through, after telling the staff that the first transaction was approved as it showed it on the card reader, however she was adamant and told me it was declined she also didnt provide a receipt for the declined transaction as it apparently didnt print one, then made me put the card in and do it the second time with my pin and said it was approved. Once I travelled back home (which is an hour and half away from the store) I noticed on my online banking it the transaction did go through twice, I returned to the store the following day to speak to the same lady at the shop and showed the online banking proof And she refused to give a refund straight away or let me get another outfit instead, The lady who claimed she was the owner was only the store manager, Kept saying that I had to email them in regards to the situation so they can investigate. And refused to give details of the owner of the store when I requested to speak to the owner, the employee claimed she only had a email address for contact details of the owner. So unprofessional and disgusted by the service and employees.
