The worst experience ever in a salon. They do not how to treat customers. They tell the prices, without checking the length of your hair, and just by looking at your face. They deal with customers as they are goods, no care is taken whether when washing hair or ironing or any process related to that. They ignore the new customers and care about only the regular ones. None of the employees are good, and some do not even know how to apply, how much to apply, or even how to hold the comb properly. Even the receptionist attend the customers even though she cannot properly hold the comb. Whoever the head is, she does not even guide the trainees or she completely ignores the customers. Customers are not informed about anything and they just try to maintain few customers at once without doing one thing properly. Even when you say you find it difficult to breath or scalp is burning, they would ignore completely and no care is taken towrds your health. Would not recommend to anyone. It is a zero

WORST PLACE EVER!!!..i went for waxing yesterday and the girl who did that was so unprofessional, she literally burnt me..my arms have swollen like hell and now I have to visit the doctor to get it checked, I've been waxing since last 8 years and never ince has this sort of reaction happened. Also, the towel that the girl used on the bed already had wax on it due to which my entire shirt was ruined from the back. And they intentionally quote you an extra price and unless you counter back, they'll expect you to pay that amount. I was told 8 .50 for under arm waxing and then when I pushed back, the lady in a sec agreed saying 'okay, pay 6.50' Service: Body waxing

Yesterday I went to this salon for face waxing and threading I told the lady dont do waxing around my lips because my skin is so sensitive around my lips I explained her that every time when I go for waxing around my lips every time my skin peeled off but still she did it this is disgusting and this is unprofessional , I had haircut from this salon which was disgusting as well Service: Eyebrow threading
