Ignore any neg reviews. You have to understand the world is different. People like me and you run businesses from home, alone with little capital. Working weekends and extra hours to make ends meet. Josh does not have a team of workers in call centre. Josh personally fixed my shades at home one weekend. How many corporate businesses do that? Mostly the dog you off even with a receipt after a certain amount of time or claim you broke them so tough luck. INCREDIBLE!! 5 stars!

Ordered a watch as a Christmas present in Black Friday sales on not on the high street. Bear essentials had still not confirmed order after nearly 2 weeks. Emailed to ask if they could fulfil but ignored. I eventually cancelled order via not on the high street. Irritatingly they still have the watches available to order. I feel they just didnt want to sell at discounted price. Poor customer service, would not recommend.

Quick delivery, great quality glasses!! Had two pairs now for nearly 3 years, minor scratches on the lenses but stick looks as sweet as the day I got them

Edit, its been 2 months now, i messaged on fb they said they will send me one then got ignored for anfurther 3 weeks....they dont even have my address AVOID at all costs!!! What rubbish bolts you use, I purchased a card holder from your stall at camper jam, less then a week later 1 bolt had already fallen out and another is loose, I have used this card holed 3 times, that is all. I've messaged the company, messaged the website , asked if I can buy bolts to fix myself or anything at all what are my options as I like the card holder and want to use it.....zero response sadly....my partner had one of your watches on his to buy list but we won't be buying it now unfortunately.
