I really enjoyed my first Ariel hoop class. I was made to feel really welcome. Have gotten much stronger as the weeks have gone on and it's something I can do with my daughter.

Very clean ,organised Gym , Very good equipment, wide variety of leg machines,Nice friendly gym ,Paul who owns it will advise or coach plus the weights are incredible, what a difference they make to other gyms
