        Patients coming to the surgery should not have to listen to the reception staff gossiping, calling other staff members and talking about there personal lives whilst waiting. They talk as if nobody can listen but talk that loud you can't help but listen. Very unprofessional.

        An exceptional level of care and support received today whilst visiting the nurse at my GP surgery. Aside from being friendly she spent time answering all of my questions and very much helped to put me at ease. A genuinely lovely person.
