The staff and GP were very pleasant and helpful. I was in a lot of pain and l was able to see the GP on the same day l rang up . The GP listened to me and helped me greatly when l needed medical help.

Dr James made my partner feel like she was wasting her time. she said she sounded like she had a cold and sent her out after a 2 minute consultation. 10 hours later we are in a&e and she's diagnosed with bells palsy. Thanks 'doctor'. Shocking care towards your patient.

I needed a px for my son for conjunctivitis or he couldnt go nursery. The chemist next door where on the list to do minor ailments however they no longer did this. I couldnt buy it due to needing instructions on there to cover for nursery. Or i would have. The two ladies on reception one was assistant manager and the other lady with her went above and beyond and got my son in with the gp at 6pm I'm so so grateful to the two ladies and the gp of course. They deserve the recognition and i always feel that everyone should be acknowledged for their efforts and kindness. I got a px off the gp so my son could go back to nursery so i could go to work. Im so grateful
