I wanted to rejoin this practice so rang but it went to answer phone. No one called back. I range again a week later and was told someone would call me back the next week. I finally received a call back and, with no supporting paperwork outlining an agreement, they wanted me to start paying for treatment there and then on the phone (I hadnt even booked an appt). Requesting people pay money without explaining, or them having sight of T&Cs is l, at best poor practice, at worst mal practice. Ill be finding another practice that follows better procedures.

Had pain with a wisdom tooth and suspected I'd have some long term, expensive trouble. Once Matt saw there was an abscess, out the tooth came. I was there for less 20 minutes, it cost next to nothing, and there was no pain. It doesn't get better than this.

Very disappointed sent this dental practice an email three weeks ago and no reply. Even a simple response that they couldn't help would have been professional but to just ignore my email is plain rude. Update: I emailed the correct email address as stated below and have actually had a response to a follow up complaint email I sent which they replied on the 2 July and apologised they had missed by previous email. At least my follow up email was responded to quickly which now makes me think it could have been an error at least. I have also changed my stars from 1 to average to reflect this.
