Nothing is ever an issue with Go2. As business we have used Go2 for over 10 years, but I have only been a part of this process for the last 3-4, more so in the last few years. I have a specific type of telephony which we use within our company and getting the headset to work with it, but then has all the qualities we want from it, comfort, noise cancelling, clear speech, great sound quality for the customer and recordings etc. I never give them an easy task. Needless to say Go2 have never let me down. A perfect example of this was during the first part of lockdown last year (2020) when we were sending colleagues home. We needed a headset which wouldnt break the bank but also could be used at home (or office) but instead of attaching to a hard phone our colleagues would be using VOIP, which needed a USB connector - again this wasnt any trouble. Trial kits were sent and once we had established which we were having, the order was placed and delivered within 48hrs. WOW amazing. To name all the people in there who are amazing would take me over my word count, But Dave, Jake, Louise, Courtney and Katy stand out from the crowd when it comes to not just great customer service but AMAZING!!
