Head of Customer Care. Angie. This is the kind of top down approach to expect from senior managers. When you pre order and get offered their version of a suitable alternative (their agenda only) and your child doesn't eat it (because they haven't been asked if they like it) then this is the kind of response to expect. 25 emails (all written with citizens advice / trading standards) quoting consumer law and rights and their response : " Due to no details of the two other dissatisfactory meals, x receiving a full meal and you signing the terms and conditions of a non pre order, we will not be refunding you on this occasion " So don't expect 3 x 2.40 refunds from a provider who can't guarantee pre orders, will give your child a meal not on the menu and allow them to go without when they haven't asked and they don't like the new (not ordered) offering. Parents take your money and use it to buy packed lunches. I'll be following up with trading standards and I expect others who have left reviews or thinking of to do the same. * if only I could give zero stars *
