From start to finish Cliff and the team were exceptional. When you're undertaking a major conversion to your home it can be quite daunting. However, we always felt in safe hands. Cliff was a absolute pleasure to deal with - completely straight up, honest and trustworthy. He told us what to expect and when, and then delivered. When it comes to loft conversions, his experience and knowledge is second to none. To put is simply; I can't recommend Cliff, Andy and the wider team highly enough!

We couldnt be happier with the end result of our loft conversion by Cliff, Andy and team. From the beginning they took their time to explain everything and they were really quick on answering all of our questions. Once the job had started, the communication was excellent. They always took all of our suggestions on board, but they offered their expert opinion as well. Considering how big the job was, they were really careful to tidy up after each day. Everyone from roofers, to plasterers, carpenter, plumbers were amazing. They do everything to the highest standards and the end result speaks for itself!!

This is the second big loft conversion Cliff has done for us and we've got him booked for another next year too. He delivers on time and to budget, doesn't take liberties with spurious changes and doesn't create dramas. He knows his stuff and is straight - he'll stick to what he agrees with you. I'm very happy to recommend him. Update 2019: Well they've done it again! A wonderful job, on time to a tight timescale. An amazing result, 2 new large en-suite rooms in the loft. Very happy tenants, very happy landlord.

Devon- Lofts' conversion of our loft in our modern home has made it into a bright usable space, which fits well with the style of our existing home. Cliff was full of useful suggestions from his experience as to how to get the best from the possible layouts, and we are very happy with what has been achieved in a limited space. In performing the work, the contractors were courteous, reliable, and kept us updated when there were unavoidable delays in these Covid-19 times. The quality of the finish is good and externally, their partners Grove Roofing, have made an especially neat job of the dormers giving a great look to the house. Cliff brought the project in right in line with our expectations on cost, the required building control certificates have all been obtained, and overall we consider it to have been a very successful project. Thanks to Cliff and his team.
