Excellent quality home made quiches , sausage rolls, cakes etc.. So tasty using quality ingredients ,we bought 2 whole quiches and they were delicious!! The border tart is absolutely lovely too

This little treasure trove sells a host of local products as well as essentials. Popular with locals (always a good sign in my opinion)not just for necessities like milk, toilet rolls, Papers and magazines etc, but lunch items homemade baked and produced goods. An absolute must to visit, very friendly owners who provide an essential service for reasonably priced forgotten or run out of items . homemade baked items - try the delicious homemade quiches (different flavours all good) if you can get there in time (it sells out quickly). Likewise THE best Border Tart I have tasted. Also filled rolls fabulous value for money well filled local rolls they use homegrown e.g. tomatoes, lettuce etc when in season and you can tell the difference.
