        Poor all round. Opening times mean that you can't get your parcel on weekdays. Tried to get my parcel delivered to a safe place but they can't do that. Rearranged a delivery and arrived when I was out on a completely different day. Staff are rude and foul mouthed around the delivery vans. Seems like it's stuck in the 1970s. Would rather use other courier services

        Waiting and waiting for a parcel to be redelivered. I could have made the item by now. Absolute pathetic service. I would give - 5*

        Really problematic times to pick up parcels. Sign on the door in June 2020 that opening times are 07:00 - 09:00 Mon, Tue, Thu - Sat (i.e. closed Wed). Unbelievable that there's no evening collection times on any days.
