        I just had to make the hard decision to finally have my cat Miley put to sleep. The vet and vet nurse were so gentle with her, giving me the assurance that the decision I'd made was done in kindness. Nothing felt rushed and plenty of time to say my goodbyes at all stages. It made such a painful experience so peaceful. Thank you for your compassion and empathy

        Lovely, helpful receptionists. This vet's saved my beloved cat's life at Xmas. Am in their healthy pet club thank goodness. A little unfortunate that they appear to have lost all his records though.
