Lovely guy who will go the extra mile for you to ensure you are really pleased with the order. In Dale's case you get what you wait for as he's very busy because he's meticulous in his work.         Over the past few yrs have phoned 3-4 times just to get our sofa seat cushion re-foamed, was told he will phone me back..never got any calls, maybe not big enough job?.not the only one evidently.very poor!
