        Booked my car in for MOT repairs. Not done and asked to come back another day. One member of staff very rude and arrogant. Went to another MOT station as did not want to deal with this rude person. They had welded my cathalitic converter on last year under MOT repairs. I trusted this station to do a good job for the 400 charged. Needed another new converter this time round again after only one year as it was welded on not mounted as it should have been. Went back to ask for my 400 returned and was told it was a year ago good luck getting my money back after escalating it to Trading Standards. So rude. Previous staff very courteous but not this person. Shame on you! Shame on me for putting my trust in this business and paying good money for bad workmanship. Car all done now at a much better business testing station.
