Did my UCAT here in September 2022 and had a very positive experience. The staff were professional, friendly, and polite. The room is well sound-proofed and they offer you earbuds and headphones so I had no issues with noise.

This was terrible!! If anyone is thinking of doing an ICAEW exam here, I would find somewhere else. It was like a circus! People walking in and out througout the entire exam, the staff outside talking loudly as if there were no exams in progress. I have never known anything like it! This test centre is not suitable for professional exams. The other tests were driving theory tests which is why they don't take exam conditions seriously I guess. In terms of Covid, masks have to be worn in the building and throughout the exam, there are hand sanitising stations and markings on the floor in the reception area so measures are in place. However inside the exam room, there are 10 people squeezed into a tiny room, side by side (although screens are between each desk) with no windows open for ventilation, so I found it quite uncomfortable. I have been to other test centres with a much larger room than this that only allowed a maximum of 5 people and the desks were all spaced out more than 2 meters apart. It felt like a covid breeding hub! Not a good experience and definitely will not be revisiting.
