Very bad company. I cancel with them months ago, and they still keep taking extra money out every month, direct debit. Furthermore, they took more money out than arranged, not just they monthly direct debit. Also put me in the red with my bank account. Bank account charge me for arranged overdraft. Please avoid. They have caused me enormous problems.

Switchboard has been excellent for my business, I moved away from bOnline several months ago who turned out to be much more expensive than their websites leads you to believe. I even got a free voip phone for switchboard and their support team has been outstanding. Would definitely recommend!

Do not use this company. I tried using them for over 6 months - miserable experience. (1) I kept getting random calls from other people who were trying to get hold of another business - total waste of my time (2) they wouldn't give me a new number (3) their software (which you can install on your phone to take calls) randomly picks up even when you don't pick it up - so I would be having lunch and suddenly hear a voice saying "hallo, hallo" from my phone (4) they refused to cancel by subscription despite multiple email and phone calls and despite me no longer wishing to use the service Do not use these guys - you have been warned

They have a brass-neck on them sending letters to addresses stating that we owe them money for a line that was turned off months a go. Not only that, They actually expect me to pay interest on top of what they are saying i owe. LOL come on do you actually think that you can get away with this ? Your just a small business like everybody else if people stop using your service you can not charge them for a terminated service plus charge them interest on top for posting a letter LOL. Catch yourselves on for god sake.
