Absolutely diabolical! The sunbedhad, had a large crack in it like it had been broken and glued back together which I was very worried about as this is an extreme safety hazard . The air vent was so dirty I considered if I could get a disease from even being in the room with it . The room was so cold that I was LITERALLY shaking when I took my clothes off . There was still splatters of moisturiser up the wall . The sunbed itself was so dirty . My sister also had one and when she told me about her experience I was even more stunned . She had to go down to the basement for a sunbed and told me that there were actual flys and bugs in the tubes of it . I wouldnt have minded as much if it wasnt so overpriced . 1 for every 2 minutes . Which may not seem like a lot but considering I came out feeling cold, and like the sunbed had made absolutely no difference as the tubes were not even hot . I KNOW for a fact I could get a lot more for my money else where and for that , I was extremely disappointed! When I paid for my sunbed , I wasnt even offered glasses to protect my eyes from the UV light , which Im pretty sure is one of the requirements and precautions needed to ensure that all of the customers health and safety is protected as much as possible x Im not usually one to complain but this was totally unacceptable and anyone that thinks otherwise is clearly blind DO NOT GO TO THIS SUNBED SHOP. Solar Tan in Lowestoft would be the best option if you are looking to get a sunbed in or around this area as it is warm , the staff are friendly , its spotless and a lot cheaper .
