        Avoid! These people clearly cannot accept that a mistake has been made and instead of being polite and resolving it amicably as you would expect, they become incredibly defensive and rude and find every excuse to try to blame it on the customer. Not one person I have spoken to has managed to behave professionally once they knew I wanted to complain - the receptionist, surveyor or owner. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Unfortunately there was only one 4 star review when I looked, so thought I'd give them a go and now deeply regret it!
