I visited Timpsons at the Lowestoft Tesco to get a magnetic button fitted into my wifes handbag. The man said Ill do it, come back anytime after 5pm, when I reached the shop after 5pm, the job had not been done, the chap said he had just sit down and did not get a chance to do my job. He was very rude, when I questioned him he asked me to take the bag elsewhere. I was expecting a plain apology and get on with the job. The chap there, Mark, always comes across as rude and unhelpful, its time Timpson must train him to deal with customers a bit more professionally

I had a pair of boots repaired, heels and soles costing 23 , after one month the heel fell off one boot and was worn down in the other. I took them back and the man accused me of lying ,said it must have taken months to wear them down. Unfortunately I did not have the receipt so I had to pay another 12.95 to gave the heels redone. I looked at my bank statement and it was Octoberc31
