        I have been a resident for 5 months and I could not be happier. I feel safe and the staff are very good. The building is very clean and I have no complaints

        My mother lived at Levington Court for 2 years. She has Alzheimer's. During her time there her condition deteriorated. After the lockdown ended and i was allowed to visit her in her flat again, it was vey apparent that she hadn't been coping very well. At no point did any member of staff inform me of how bad she had got. Several meetings later, nothing had changed and in the end we moved my mum out. She is much happier in her new place where she gets the care and attention she deserves. The management is the problem.
