        Since my Mum arrived at Lilac Lodge in Jan 2018, I have seen a noticeable improvement in her general wellbeing. Staff are kind, patient and understanding, and respond as quickly as possible, even at busy times. Mum says she feels safe and well looked after - she enjoys having company during the day, and reassuring staff on hand if she is feeling unsettled or anxious day or night. I am able to ring her every evening for a catch up and I have peace of mind that she is receiving the best possible care.
