Last minute meal out food was amazing that's as far as it goes. Stood near door young girl pottering about had to be told to seat us. Young girl had her coat on though put our time here. She brought our food out one plate at a time. Yes still had her coat on. She put our ribs on table literally on the table she put then on the table that hard they almost come off the plate. An hour and a half after we arrived She still has her coat on. Management please sort your staff as customer service is awful !!! Parking: Limited parking

My partner and I decided to have dinner here a couple of nights back and felt the need to leave a review because of how lovely it was. Lately, we have been through a really tough time in our personal lives and so we took a break to the seaside in the need of a pick me up. We have been coming up to Oulton Broad for several years and got takeaways from this restaurant but never dined in. We decided to eat in on this occasion and I couldnt be more pleased that we did. It was such a calm and pleasurable experience. We were seated and our orders were taken by a very pleasant and bubbly lady working front of house (didnt catch her name). There was also another lovely lady working who brought us some of our food. The food was brought out to us quickly and it was all perfect! I even mentioned to the lady that I havent been fond of Chinese cuisine for a long time (much more the boyfriends preference) but had been swayed by this experience. Experiences such as this can either make or break your time away but this very much made it. Thank you Royal China, we will 10000% return next time!

Worst takeaway food ever , portions were small forgot the prawn crackers which they said they would drop off ASAP after an hour and 20 minutes rang back and asked for a refund (which was supposed to be within the hour) guess what Im still waiting on this avoid at all cost complete joke!!
