        Tried to con me, 3 for a large letter! Blood pathetic!!! The lady who served me couldn't even be bothered to put the item through the size checker, being as it goes through most post boxes and been charged 0.83 pence for all the others i've posted for the same size! Highly recommend avoiding and going to the Nisa/Spar one!!!

        Have now been waiting for the phone to be answer'd 6 mins 30 secs --how is that for service??????? ANNOY'D! IS PUTTING IT MILDLY! If I go into this post-office I get very good service, so it is with regret I am posting this complaint.

        Staff not very knowledgeable when it comes to more specific requests. I had to go to Pakefield (Spar) to get a free return label accepted.
