I went into the post office today and wanted advice on how to send a 12" Vinyl Record through the post safely, also with added Compensation to the parcel as the Record was worth a lot of money, and even though she had a long queue she still took the time to explain all the different ways to do it, she was amazing and extremely helpful, i wish I'd asked her name, i hope that by writing this she will get recognised for her 5 star Customer Service.
