North Lowestoft Post Office

I have to say I had a vastly different experience in the post office yesterday I walk in and a smiling blonde lady said good afternoon how can I help I had to pick up a parcel which she found she asked me to sign and kinda wince when she asked for I'd which I showed I then asked did they sell carrier bags id forgotten mine I'm on crutches so the box was going to be hard work she tried a parcel bag then found a clear bag for me she was really nice and very kind when she found out why my head was all over the place so personally I would recommend the post office or at least give them a chance because if we don't we may lose it we've all seen that happen I can understand why there isn't much in the shop perfume and a variety of cards but if no one buys anything they probably can't afford to completely stock the shop. I was a little nervous going in but the lady put me at ease straight away and was polite and welcoming you can't say any fairer than that which is why I'm leaving this review thank you for reading

We are so lucky to still have a real 'old school' dedicated Post Office not some secondary counter shoved up the corner in some unrelated business. Thank you for your service.

Friendly, helpful staff. Shop practically empty however. Could be made into a nice little store with minimal effort.

A supposed public service that takes, a lunch break, closes early on a Friday and closed on the weekends. When it is open the service is not great. Needs to have a rocket from thexPost Office and brought into the 21st century!!!
