After a rather unpleasant several days trying to get my water heater replaced by a national chain store, I contacted Star Plumb at around 7:15 on Friday. I explained my problem to the tech who came to my home about an hour later, presented some options and an estimate. His crew came Saturday at 9 a.m. and was done by 1:15 p.m. They moved the location of my heater from laundry room to the garage for a reasonable price and did it courteously and efficiently. I now have a larger water heater in a better location and more usable space in my laundry room. Star Plumb will be the first place I call the next time I need a plumber.

Star Plumb was terrific. They were prompt and professional. Went down the line calling every plumbing company on Google thinking we had a busted pipe. So glad that every single one of them was too busy to come out because this company came in, diagnosed the problem as something else and promptly fixed it. Will be the first company I call in the future.
