Helen Pybus Pilates

I have been doing Pilates with Helen for quite a few years and since she started online have been doing several classes a week. She is an extremely knowledgeable amazing trainer. She is so bubbly and makes every class a joy to do. I look forward to each class immensely and cant recommend her highly enough.

Helen is a super teacher. She is highly qualified, innovative, caring and sensitive to individuals needs. She is so much fun with an added sparkle of sheer delight. I highly recommend Helen. When advised by a hospital physio to start Pilates to help with a condition that was seriously affecting my quality of life I asked who was the best and they said Helen Pybus - and they were definitely right! Helen is constantly evolving and incorporating new variations to keep her classes interesting. She tailors exercises with different levels to cater for all abilities and conditions so everyone is able to feel included and join in. Add to that her amazing personality which keeps us all entertained whilst were keeping fit, mobile, strong and toned and I would definitely recommend Helens Pilates classes in all their guises to anyone.
