        My mums tablets were not delivered, my mum tried to call from 11 O'clock until 4 O'clock and she got no answer. When I went in at 5 O'clock they were still not answering the phone, they were to busy looking at baby photos

        My wife has used this pharmacy for several years for all of her repeat medications. The service is usually ok, but if the prescription changes as happened this month, with a different type of eye drops being required, the reaction from them is, "we don't stock that item you will need to go elsewhere!" No attempt was made to find a supplier or help in any other way, the same thing happened previously, when certain anti-biotics were needed and these were sourced from another local pharmacy. This time, the eye drops will be required on a regular monthly bassis, so my wife has changed to a more accomodating local pharmacy who obtained the eye drops within 24 hours and all future repeat prescriptions will be directed to them!
