        Absolutely brilliant. Efficient, kind and happy staff. Prompt service. 5*. Why everyone queues at Rosedale ( out the door) when they could walk across the car park to here baffles me. No criticism of Rosedale pharmacy as they are equally kind. But! Work it out people.

        Rude member of staff laughed at me for asking for my prescription the day it had been requested by POD. Now had a message saying I can collect (on the same day POD request was sent)

        My GP prescribed me painkillers on Friday morning. Went to pharmacy around 1pm just to be told that prescription is not ready yet??? Staff unable to tell what time it will be ready, only said "sometime this afternoon"!!! Not much help at all! Due to my pain I wasn't able to come back on Friday... Suffered for whole weekend, as they shut on weekends!! Came back on Monday... Just to be told that their internet is down and they can't give me my medication again :( . Bye Well Pharmacy.
