Many thanks Haydens High Street Lowestoft. Yesterday early evening they were especially helpful to me by delivering a prescription to me within minutes of contacting them. A member of staff called on me on his way home from work instead of me having to wait until Monday. His kind action helped me to reduce the very painful situation I was experiencing. I am extremely grateful.

No one will pick up the phone this is now getting beyond a joke I'm trying to tell them I will not be in in for delivery this has been getting worse and worse what annoys me is that they moan at you for nit letting them know but if no one picks up the phone how can I it's always been hit and miss with them answering the phone over the last couple of years I know that they are busy but this is ridiculous I've rung dozens of times since Friday and no answer is this a company policy or just this pharmacy

The slowest pharmacy I've ever used, it's not the staff, I think they're just overwhelmed by the amount of people using it, especially after the loss of another pharmacy.
