I went the pharmacy to get a private prescription for my sister in law and the service wasnt very good. The lady on the till tried her best to help me when I asked if they had a specific cream in stock. So I have her the identification number of the private prescription written on a piece of paper and she said that was fine. When I returned 40 minutes later I heard the pharmacist (surinder puaar number 2051145) say to his assistant That he cannot accept the piece of paper it has to be the actual prescription. The assistant who was very nice came across and asked me for this I obtained a copy while stood in the pharmacy. While I was stood doing this Surinder said to his assistant did u tell her we couldnt do it to which she replied yes. I returned with a photo of the prescription on my phone which the lady at the counter gave to Surinder. He told her to give it to his assistant. She looked at the computer with Surinder s help and then came to me and said they did not have the cream on the prescription. She them ordered it for me for the next day. I didnt pick up there cream as I went to Haydens chemist in oulton broad who gave me an equivalent to the cream on the prescription. He couldnt have been more helpful. I am a nurse at both JPUH and NNUH and have never been treated with such disrespect by a professional person before. If he did not want to do the private prescription he should have said and I would have left. He should have had the decency to speak to me himself rather than sending his very helpful assistant to talk to me. If he had spoken to me in the first instance it would have become clear they didnt have the correct cream anyway so I would have gone else where he was very dismissive and rude. He needs to remember what he says to his colleagues people in the shop can here. I went into the shop again today and if he had looked up I would have asked to Speak to him In Person but he didnt look at me so I decided not too.

I pick up my prescription on a fortnightly basis I collected on friday, on saturday I open the bag and notice I'm 1 item short so I go back to the pharmacy and was told there is nothing they can do and I should have checked the bag before leaving.... I said can you check your stock levels to see if you are up on the item I was missing to be told no.... this is not the first time this has happened and they have given me somebody else's medication before... this place is a absolute joke

Where is the 'no star' selection? Three items ordered on repeat prescription, two items provided, asked for the third and was told it hadn't been processed. Went back a week later (after having to clear things up with the surgery) only to find out that the third item was there all along. What a shower of sh#t. The staff need very basic training and the management need replacing.
