Turned away my friend's elderly mum because she was 7 mins late as there was nowhere to park and she couldn't walk the distance fast enough. A friend took her to A&E to get her eye checked out instead as the unsympathetic staff refused to take a look even though no one else was waiting and it wasn't closing time. Very disappointing treating an elderly customer this way.

Have needed an eye test for a little while. The staff were very accommodating and the test itself was superb an very thorough. Would definitely recommend, much better than these high street brands!!

Terrible service and one of the staff lied through her teeth to justify extortionate costs. Trying to justify ripping people off by saying "That competitor doesn't have overheads", when they literally send them to an online business to fit lenses. If you're happy with being told "they are a custom order, so there's no refund", like the staff member in question has comprehensive knowledge of trading law (she doesn't) then by all means shop here.
