Disappointing to say the least. Eye test took less than 10 minutes and was very rushed. They only seemed interested in the 10 health check. When it came to looking at glasses, none were really available to try on as woman before had picked every possible frame and they were sitting in over 4 grey boxes waiting to be cleaned. Pointless going and will go elsewhere for a recheck.

Booked in as an emergency, service was outstanding empathy and caring was amazing referred to hospital urgently and treated that day with laser. So professional and caring, not my usual optician but I will transfer all my care to them, so grateful. Thank you

Awful business and attitude. My wife has been stuck in grid lock traffic after leaving plenty of time to visit for an appointment. I called 4 times on behalf of my wife, whilst she was stuck in traffic to pre-warn and alert them to the possible late attendance. Didn't answer the phone after 6 called attempts. Left a message and didn't receive a call back. Then refused to complete my sons eye test due to being late. The traffic situation is out of our control. 20 mins to travel 4 miles is usually a very safe travel time. All 4 family members will be switching to a competitor that appreciates customers. Avoid and go somewhere that is fair to loyal customers of over 15 years!
