Just discovered this from a former employee: They cover up safeguards and meds errors I wouldnt ever put anyone in their homes the worst place I have ever worked The words "cover up" resonate; seems be a theme. Update: 22.09.21 Called the number as requested - waiting for a call back. The company know they have made some pretty unforgiveable errors here. The abilty to repair and resturcture and pivot your position are essential. This intransigence has to reflect on the care. Update: 21.09.21 I am not sure what Redwalls and Kingsley Heathcare are up to. Perhaps trying to give the illusion they take ematters seriously when they have not and sense, do not. Not one person of standing has reached out by phone, I have been limited to calls with the receptionist, all other attempts have been ignored. In evidence of this fact, Mr Thayan wrote to be 3 days ago stating: "I am afraid there is not a lot we can do here though, please seek independent legal advice." Independant legal advice or otherwise, without both Joint Attorneys consetn, not valid agreement exists. refusing to spek to the person who is lawfully responsible for the care, as they know that I am unlikely to continue with their services, is unconscionable. and; The last correpndance from Redwalls Solicitor;s says this: "... but should you wish to discuss this matter further please contact myself in the first instance as the companys representative." All the senior satff at the company have my number and it would be amazing if someone would discuss the matter rather than bury their heads in the sand. If you chose this provider, be very caustious, there is a very serious matter here and they have totally ingmored the duties and obligations. ============= Kingsley Healthcare took my Dad into their care without my consent. No person from the organisation of any standing would speak to me. Theu have no lawful contract and did not carry out any due dliggience. I sent them compies of the LPA that proved they had acted unlawfully, yet they simply suggested they had seen something different. when I asked for evidence of that, they refused. The CAre home manager put the phone down on me. I am very owrried for my Dad now. I would avoid these guys at all costs.

Kingsley is the only company in private healthcare sector protected all care staff jobs during the pandemic not only that, specially with first Covid wave they have taken extra measures to help staff families with affected on isolating as well, before the government step into assist back in 2020.
